Employees and Employers

Today only ten percent of our students get employment and they need a lot of help and I felt the need as I am a Placement Trainer in Muthayammal Engineering College, Rasipuram, Namakkal (Dt) 637408, Tamil Nadu, India. Multi-National Companies (MNC'S) expect excellent quality among their Employees and could not find it among them and they recruit the best candidates and leave the others out. So there are two types of qualities prevailing in Indian Educational Institutions. They are the Expected quality of the MNC'S and the Existing quality of the colleges. The present blog is created to help the students to get the expected quality by their self-learning. The IT giant companies are ready to recruit any number of candidates but they could not do it because of the lack of quality among the students.
